Buccinasco, 29th November 2021 – Leghe Leggere Lavorate (www.legheleggere.com) – the first Italian company specialised in the production of components for third parties addressed to orthopedic, veterinary and dental surgery – celebrates the opening of the new sales office in US in Indianapolis, annuncia l’apertura della nuova sede commerciale negli Stati Uniti a Indianapolis, which is the heart of the medical device district.

Thanks to this great news, the company opens its doors to new business opportunities, enhancing its presence and growth at an international level.

“We have always paid attention to foreign markets, and in particular to the United States which today represents the main market with over 70% of annual turnover, considering direct and indirect sales” Davide and Matteo Pizzamiglio say. “The opening of an American office allows us to have greater direct control over the territory, and a” closer “reference to our customers”.

The office in Indianapolis will be managed by Samantha Meilman, Operations Director for the American market, who will have the task of increasing contacts and prospects, representing a point of reference for existing customers, offering an increasingly efficient, fast and customized service.

The opening of the overseas office is part of the ambitious business expansion plan, which began last year in the midst of the pandemic.

The project involves the tripling of the production spaces and the increase in human resources by at least 60 people, counting on a total strength of about 170 extremely well-skilled collaborators. The goal is positioning the company as one of the main European leader as a manufacturer of medical devices in OEM.

In particular, the headquarters in Buccinasco will see an enlargement of the structure with the annexation of two adjacent factories which will end in 2022.

The opening of the American headquarters is a further step that we add to our project and that makes us proud of the work we are doing and the results we obtained “.

The development of the structure, therefore, will allow to manage all the phases of the company’s activity, including Research and Development, Production, Finishing and Packaging, in an ever faster and more functional way.
