In particular, the novelty of the PLLA resorbable copolymer in the surgery of children’s flat feet that facilitates the healing phases after surgery. Leghe Leggere is the only Italian company that owns the appropriate technology capable of processing this material and consequently of producing the medical devices addressed to such operations.
